From 2009 to 2012, he led the original team behind Form Simplicity, helping introduce a new approach to paperless real estate forms.
Before real estate, Joe worked with mainframe utility software—technology about as far from simple as it sounds.

Not long after choosing the name ProAgent Works, Joe noticed its initials spelled PAW.
That immediately made him think of Miska.
