- account login information;
- authentication identifiers;

We use a third-party authentication provider to help manage sign-in, account access, and account security.

- transaction records;
- subscription status;
- invoices and receipts;
- payment security and fraud-prevention signals.
ProAgent Works does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor.

We do not intentionally use your private workspace content to train our own general-purpose AI model. We also do not permit AI service providers to use your private workspace content to train their models except as allowed by the provider settings, applicable agreements, or your choices.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them, especially for client-facing, legal, financial, tax, regulatory, MLS, brokerage, advertising, or compliance-sensitive matters.

7. Sale, Sharing, and Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell or provide your private workspace content, Projects, Works, Brand Profile, uploaded files, or generated outputs to data brokers.
We may use advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel to measure advertising, understand whether ads lead people to ProAgent Works, and show relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this use may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising even though no money is exchanged.
You can opt out of optional advertising technologies at any time through the Privacy choices link in the website footer. Where supported, we also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals by disabling advertising tracking.

Meta Pixel may collect information about visits, page views, interactions, browser or device information, referring pages, advertising identifiers, and whether an advertisement led to a visit or action. We use this information to measure and improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
On our U.S. public website, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may load by default to support analytics, advertising measurement, and remarketing. Necessary technologies used for security and core website operation are not optional.
The first-visit notice links to this Privacy Policy and the Privacy choices controls. You can turn Analytics or Advertising off at any time through Privacy choices in the notice or website footer. Where supported, a Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically turns Advertising off.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking certain cookies may affect sign-in, security, billing, or product functionality.
