What is ProAgent Works?
ProAgent Works is a guided AI workspace built for real estate professionals.
It helps you create thoughtful, useful emails, marketing, plans, preparation, and other results for the situations you handle across your business.
What does “Real Estate AI Made Simple” mean?
ProAgent Works starts with carefully crafted real-estate prompts already built into the product.
Tell it what you want to accomplish in your own words. When the direction is not clear, it asks you to confirm or adjust what you are trying to create before it builds the result.
What makes ProAgent Works different from a general AI chatbot?
ProAgent Works is built specifically for real estate.
It matches your request to the right prompts and brings in relevant information about you, your Project, the property, saved context, and any files or information you provide.
It also keeps related information and results organized, so you can return, reuse them, and continue without repeatedly setting everything up.
Do I need to know how to write prompts?
No. Describe what you want to accomplish in your own words. ProAgent Works handles the prompt selection and assembly behind the scenes.
What can ProAgent Works help me do?
Use ProAgent Works for emails and sphere follow-up, listing marketing, appointment preparation, business planning, content, research, technology help, and more.
What is a Project?
A Project keeps related information and results together. It might be a listing, buyer, seller, transaction, marketing initiative, website project, or business plan.
ProAgent Works creates and organizes Projects as you work.
What is a Work?
A Work is a useful result created for you inside ProAgent Works, such as an email, property description, plan, checklist, report, article, or social post.
Pin the Works you want to keep close, reuse, or build from later.
Does ProAgent Works save my work?
Yes. Meaningful activity is saved to your account and kept with the appropriate Project.
You can return later and continue where you left off.
How does ProAgent Works learn about me?
In under 10 minutes, a few simple choices and spoken answers teach ProAgent Works about your market, experience, strengths, professional story, and how you want to communicate.
It reflects what it learned back to you for confirmation, then uses the relevant information to help results sound less like generic AI and more like you.
This step is optional, but it improves the experience.
Will ProAgent Works sound exactly like me?
The information you confirm and the feedback you provide give ProAgent Works a stronger understanding of how you want to sound.
You should still review and refine anything before using it. You remain in control of the final result.
Is ProAgent Works compliance-aware?
Yes. ProAgent Works includes real-estate guidance and relevant compliance considerations when it builds a result.
It provides a more thoughtful starting point, but it does not guarantee compliance or replace your judgment, brokerage requirements, or legal advice.
Can ProAgent Works review offers and transaction documents?
Transactions & Documents is designed to help create offer summaries, client reports, deadline checklists, document explanations, and related negotiation support.
It is intended to support the agent—not replace the agent, broker, attorney, or another qualified professional.
Does ProAgent Works send emails or publish content for me?
No. ProAgent Works does not contact your clients or publish content on your behalf. It helps you create the result; you review it and decide how and where to use it.
Is ProAgent Works useful for new and experienced agents?
Yes. Newer agents can gain structure, ideas, preparation, and help with professional communication. Experienced agents can save time, preserve their voice, stay organized, and avoid repeatedly entering the same context.
ProAgent Works does not replace brokerage training or supervision.
Who created ProAgent Works?
ProAgent Works was created by Joseph S. Ballarino, a real estate broker with 30 years of experience leading offices, supporting hundreds of agents, and making complex technology understandable to real estate professionals.
Is ProAgent Works connected to ProAgent at Real?
Yes. PAW AI is a member capability inside ProAgent Works for ProAgent at Real members.
It is not offered as a separate public software signup for new outside-market accounts.
ProAgent at Real members receive access to ProAgent Works as part of their membership. Learn more about ProAgent at Real.
Can my brokerage or team offer ProAgent Works to its agents?
New access follows the supported ProAgent at Real membership and internal invitation process.
Existing authorized ProPlus and administrative workflows continue during the transition.
Can I create a free public account?
No. New standalone public registration and first-time retail purchase are closed.
Eligible ProAgent at Real members receive Essential access through membership. Existing users can still sign in.
Will ProAgent Works continue to improve?
Yes. Feedback is built into the workspace so users can identify what worked and what needs attention.
The goal is to keep improving ProAgent Works around the real work agents do.
